You reserve the package, location and time-slot, our team builds the set-up, welcomes you and returns to pick it up at the end time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details upon booking and we’ll connect you with your host prior to your reservation. -
We have set locations and seasonal half-day and full-day time slots — all of which you can see / select when reserving.

You can reschedule or cancel up to 5 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations will be refunded, less platform processing fees.
If we determine significant wind or rain will impact your day, we will offer to reschedule or credit for future use.
